Local News Paper publish my picture

Yesterday my friend "Q8e" informed me that Al Qabas News Paper has published my picture. But i was disappointed because they haven't informed me or used my name anywhere in the paper . So basically it was stolen. I took suggestion from my flickr friends and my office stuff and all of them came up with one ans "sue them", Before doing anything legally , i emailed them regarding copy right issue. Later the news paper agency called on my cell and said that they didnt know the photographer's name. but they promised that they are gonna publish this picture again with my name.
